Not National Windscreens fault
Not National Windscreens fault, my insurance company booked me in incorrectly. National Windscreens were great at getting me rebooked on a day/ time that suited me following the birth of my twins. However on the day of repair my vehicle was then damaged and arranging repair to that left to me to sort. Not ideal as a new mum with poorly newborns, your fault I feel you should be the ones going out of your way to fix this!

Quick and Professional service
Very good customer service and understanding of my urgent situation. Was a bit confused at first as I am registered to Hastings Direct and was referred to them.
The engineer was brilliant help in such a busy schedule (Alex) to fit my windscreen and can't thank him enough.
Therefore pleased with every step undertaken.
Just a couple of improvements needed to fix website bugs about booking the appointment as there is no way to contact them during waiting period. So a workaround was to directly chat with them online.

Great service, fast job.
Great service, windscreen was replaced in 20-25min on my driveway, fitters were polite and professional, gave me a call when they were on their way, when arrived and when finished job so I didn't have to be there with them all the time. I could focus on my other things.
