Highly recommended, particularly for disabled clients
Helen on switchboard was wonderful- professional, knowledgeable and very understanding, which made me decide to use their services. Collection and return of the vehicle could not have gone better and the results are perfect. I have used one of their competitors in the past (rhymes with ' motor class') for minor chips but never again! Only a very minor mess to clean up as well, just a quick wipe to remove a tiny bit of debris/dust on the dash.
I particularly recommend this company for people who have disabilities as they are very understanding and accommodating to a wide variety of conditions. Follow-up was great and you could use email, phone or SMS text procedures for updates. The report provided was thorough with multiple photos of before and after.
Replacement was done well within the time window and vehicle return was even faster than expected. Well done NW for making what had become a very stressful experience thanks to my stupid insurers, a very clear (like my new windscreen! Haha) and stress-free time.

Absolute Cowboys. I would not recommended this company to anyone. Go in to get a windscreen fitted and come out with worst issues then when you started. Terrible work ethics and poor customer service.

Brilliant people
Brilliant people. Very helpful in every respect - even directed us to a coffee shop where we could wait. Really quick work and sound advice given re new windscreen. This was at the Chester Branch and they were a marked difference to the Liverpool branch where I was originally booked in to. I would use your Chester location every time. Thank you.

Not the best repair I have ever had!
The man that fixed the crack on my windscreen was lovely and friendly and very helpful explaining everything but the actual fix is not the best, I have had other companies fix worse cracks through my insurance company and it's looked perfect after but this you can still see where the crack is even though it is fixed. Very disappointing
