All went well with booking in and information i was given by a very helpful man. All the staff were very nice and helpful
Was told it would be up to 4 hours so off I went- in the end I went back 6 hours later - they had forgotten to send me a text and I had spent far too long walking about in the rain - with a bad leg and arthritis - not good. they did a great job but this was beyond a joke!

Very good service. Poor communication nationally.
Very good service at the Chester branch. Excellent workmanship. However the booking process was ridiculous. I booked and had confirmation of my booking but the Chester branch had no booking on their system. Communication between the national phone number and the more local branches needs to improve.

job not properly defined at the booking stage
Actual replacement went well on time etc courteous staff. It would have been more than helpful if more attention had been given to what was to be re-placed. I needlessly drove into Chester (10 miles) to have the job done it could have done on my drive as windscreen did not need calibrating so I was told after the installation !!
