Insurance Appointment
Insurance set up the appointment well out the way of where I live, but I've had no issues since the replacement. Only concern is the paperwork after the install never came through to my email. Took approx. 3.25 hours. Guys were friendly enough.

Smooth Insurance Claim
Claimed through Aviva insurance and was able to get through and speak to a real person very quickly, who efficiently made an appointment for me within 2 days. Unfortunately when I arrived at Gloucester the windscreen had not arrived and as I was away for a few days an alternative appointment was made for the following week at Chester, which went very smoothly .
