The service was great although…
The service was great although initially the wrong windscreen was on board your technician's van so he had to go back to base to collect the correct one.
The technician communicated well and kept us informed all the time and was very polite and friendly.

The car was not calibrated properly so…
The car was not calibrated properly so no cruise control or lane assist will now work in the car.
We had to take time off work to take the car in the first place, now we will have to take further time off to return the car to national windscreens for the calibration to be reset

Booking in & getting it replaced went in very comfortable manner.
Despite the age of my old Clio my car was well taken care of.
Came out with new windscreen & surrounding seals very clean without any pieces of glass marks etc.

Chesterfield National Windscreens
Chesterfield National Windscreens : Having had a first class windscreen change last September, with the kind assistance of Damon, I returned today with what I took to be internal marks on my windscreen caused by last winter’s frost.
Damon came out and polished and applied the appropriate cream, completely solving the problem, totally removing the marks and leaving the windscreen spotless, as new.
Once again he couldn’t have been more helpful or friendly and thoroughly professional.
Here’s a young man who fully deserves promotion. He has all the appropriate skills!
