Windscreen fitted
Windscreen fitted, staff brilliant, but admitted all not well with new windscreen so will replace a second time next Friday. Manager Bjorn and Technician Darren were so very helpful. Never seen a tidier reception area!

Great experience
Had a courtesy call the evening before to confirm drop off time and that I was aware of the location. Dropped the car off first thing the following morning and all was taken care of until collection a few hours later. The guys were really reassuring and put me at ease straight away. Would highly recommend.

Friendly and Skilled
I’ve had national windscreens out twice in the last year to my home to fix my windscreen. The first gave the great advice of just filling in the crack as I had a while to my next MOT. The second had to replace the windscreen as the crack was much larger (new impact crack - curse the loose stones on the road). Both did a great efficient job and were skilled and friendly and explained what they had done.

I think the wait time for the repair was a bit long, but I am sure that you are very busy due to the state of the roads.
