Windscreen replacement
I had to wait a week for an appointment which was disappointing .
However the work was carried out within 90minutes and staff were courteous .

Unfortunately my original Saturday appt was cancelled by National Windscreen - despite having been booked 2 weeks before.
VERY nice fitters, who turned up on time on the 2nd choice day.
Unfortunately the windscreen fitted does not have rain sensor as I had been told it would. VERY disappointing.

WARNING: DO NOT TRUST NATIONAL WINDSCREENS Croydon– EXTREMELY DANGEROUS PEOPLE!
I had my windscreen replaced by them, but it was done unprofessionally. When I booked a follow-up appointment to fix their mistakes, things took a terrifying turn. They secretly placed a hidden key in my car and later called me, blackmailing me by claiming another customer’s key was inside my vehicle. They forced me into another appointment, creating a dangerous and threatening situation.
When I arranged for someone to return the key, their staff wants attacked, abused, and threatened him. These people are not just unprofessional—they are criminals. They set up fake scenarios to trap and blackmail customers, using intimidation and violence. The entire management is involved, including a manager named Eddie.
BEWARE – YOUR LIFE COULD BE IN DANGER! These people are running a scam, using threats and blackmail to control customers. Stay far away from National Windscreens Croydon for your own safety!

General lack of confidence & extremely poor customer interaction, almost conceding to fail before they began, I was assuring him it was a small chip & I am sure they could do a good job. They were like a couple of moody teenagers. If it was not a Company Car I would have told them not to bother & gone elsewhere.
