Windscreen replacement
Arrived at the booking time to be told that my windscreen would be ready earlier that thought, which helped me with my day. The fitter was very nice and friendly. He explained what was going to happen and how long things would take. After the fitting the fitter told me how to treat my new windscreen and ensure no issues.

Broken glass now stopping window closing
Glass replaced 29th October i was told by fitter the broken glass would drop through and fall out at bottom of door. However, the window was making terrible scratching noises when opening and shutting. This did not clear and the window is now stuck in the open position. Upon calling National windscreens today Saturday 8th Nov, nobody can get to me till next week.
