First time on using this company.
This is the first time I have used this company and wow what a great experience I had.. when I first pulled up, I had some man walked up and asked if I was booked in and said I could take a seat in the waiting room and he was going to put the car in and told me it would be 1 to 2 hours to wait.. what a great service and a really good experience I had.

Excellent service start to finish
Excellent service, I received an appointment very quickly at a convenient location. Due to the nature of my car it was necessary to take it to the repair shop.
The technician was a very professional, polite and friendly young man. He explained clearly what needed to be done and how long it would take and completed the job as specified. He explained the after care I needed to know. I was very happy with the service provided and highly recommend National Windscreens - Dartford and the booking team.

Slow Service!
It took three days for national windscreens to tell me they didn’t have my wind screen in stock after making an appointment.
It took another week plus a complaint to my insurance company before they finally got the windscreen and fitted it.
The actual process went well though the site was in the middle of nowhere!

I give them 4.5 stars
I give them 4.5 stars. Came through my insurance. Easy to book an appointment, but I had to travel further due to the non-availability of a slot for over a week from my preferred dates.
The job itself was completed quicker than expected, which was a plus. (2hrs instead of 4 expected).
I had an issue with the windscreen rubber coming loose afterwards, but once I informed them, they sent fixers to my home to repair it.
I found them to be very responsive and cooperative when I contacted them.

I was told by the staff that calibration of sensors would take a long time as it was done over a telephone call, it seems they were correct as I overheard some conversation to that effect. A better way should be available to avoid delays!

No noticeable difference
No noticeable difference after the windscreen chip repair. A smudge of resin visible over the chip. I’m not sure it even penetrated the surface of the glass as I believe the chip was below the surface. £72 for nothing.

I had my windshield replaced here. The communication was probably good, I won't say because my English is bad. The job, I don't know why, but they installed non-original glass. No one even asked me what I needed, neither the insurance company nor the company that installed it. It seems like it's not my car, it's theirs. There was no cleaning at all, not even the parts they broke were cleaned. The conclusion is that you pay insurance all your life, and when you need it, you get garbage.
