Didn’t turn up when booked.
Re booked three days later and they then decided they couldn’t come to my house and I had to go to Diss. Not good.

National windscreens Diss provided me with excellent service. It was a rainy day when my appointment was due and I booked for an appointment at my home after 14:00. The rain had stopped just before lunch time and I was contacted by national windscreens to ask if they could come out to me there and then. I was at work at the time which is not far from my home.
I parked my car up, with the keys in and the guys did the rest! Excellent communication via txt.
National windscreens Diss we're very accommodating and very professional, I can not fault the service they provided.

National Windscreens was not my Insurance Underwriters first supplier, but the branch used was in a sensible distance from my home and could offer acceptable dates.
Contact from the company was very adequate and I felt acknowledged as a customer. I was a little surprised at the small size of the branch premises but the service I wanted was very well delivered within the agreed timeframe.

First appointment cancelled due to staff shortages. 2nd appointment ok, my Motorhome windscreen replaced. 4 days later driving on the motorway and a large trim came off that cover the screen edges. Now broken and gaffer taped on. Waiting for a call back for you to come and fix it.
I see your reply, I’ve waited today for a call back that’s not happened either - need sorted before we have to drive 6 hours home like it this weekend…

The two guys who did my windscreen were great. Very friendly and did an excellent job. Car was left cleaner inside then when they started.

Booking was easy but my main problem was that I was not given a fixed time but a 7 1/2 hour window, which ment I had to cancel several lessons. On the day James messaged his eta, arrived on time and did a good job
