Windscreen Fitting Bad Workmanship
Windscreen was a complete rush and botched job! Job finished in a mere 30 minutes! When I returned home i noticed the side exterior trim wasn’t sitting right was puckered up and not even touching the screen! I returned to see the manager who tried to smash it flat but he then removed it and it had been broken! He said would get me another but i never heard any more? Coupled with this the pillar inside trim wasn’t sitting right either which he spotted but did nothing about! I also noted driving home the second time that the dash trim inside car was uneven too! To add to this the windscreen doesn’t sit level at the top of the screen and dips lower on driver side to the extent that the wiper looses contact with the screen at the top of its stroke! After paying £140 excess towards this windscreen replacement i am shocked at the level of workmanship! I will never use this Dorchester branch of National Windscreens ever again and would warn people about using them!

Outstanding customer service
Absolutely brilliant company to deal with from start to finish. The online booking was very easy, and explained in full why my car needed to be brought in. As it is a modern car there were various calibrations to be done once the windscreen was fitted. I was offered a time and brought my car in. The technician was there waiting for me and was extremely friendly, polite and professional. I was offered a place to wait if I wanted it, but I was happy to walk into town. I got back an hour and 20 minutes later and my car was all ready for me. Absolutely delighted with the fantastic service. I shall make sure from now on only to use insurers that work with National Windscreens. Thank you so much.

The efficiency of Mike the windscreen…
The efficiency of Mike the windscreen technician, his superb manner, even when the removal of the cracked screen gave some issues and slowed the task up, he was always happy in his work and enthusiastic to make sure that the job he came to do was the absolute best; the end result was exactly that.
