Where to start!
Firstly, from contacting my insurance company, to being conected to National Windscreens and booking the appointment was effortless.
Secondly, the text's and updates made life simple
Thirdly, the fact that I could get the work carried out in the town near to where I work made things simple, also being able to drop the vehicle off 3/4 of an hour early meant Icould be at work for my normal time.
So all in all an easy experiance😀👍

Excellent team
Excellent team, who were helpful and accomodating when problems occurred replacing the windscreen. When the car had to be brought back in they made this easy, and fitted it in to make sure it was ready for its next appointment.

Very Satisfied
The man who replaced my windscreen was polite and efficient. I was kept informed at every stage. The car came back spotlessly clean with no sign of the windscreen having been replaced. I was advised what not to do for the next couple of weeks. Ie Not to jet wash.

Pleased with guys professionalism and work.

I had a small star chip in my…
I had a small star chip in my windscreen They said it was too big to be repaired.
I decided to claim off my insurance and just pay my excess which was quite high
at £140.
It was easy to make an appointment at
Dorchester and they handled everything
If there is any criticism it was I received no details from anyone as to what my total claim was
for me including with the insurance company

The replacement screen has been fitted well. We had to find a nearby cafe to wait about two and a half hours. The gentleman on reception was brusque and unhelpful in response to enquiries about timings and could do with some training on customer service.

replacement of windscreen
Apprehensive to begin with as not used before. Operator friendly and soon put me at ease. Booking straight forward, although needed collecting as didn’t want waste time shopping for Two hour time slot. Text message received to collect on time. Work completed ok with only minor dirt smudges on bonnet. Screen was crystal clear. Not had any rain yet, to test glass is sealed , but comes with warranty.
I would recommend this site.

Coms could have been better I had to chase up confirmation of appointment. But overall everything was on time and the work was done well The fitter was excellent called before and when he arrived. The tracking App was not any use it never updated but the phone calls kept me well informed Overall a good experience thankyou very much
