Excellent customer service.
The call handler picked up quickly and the process was simple. I needed a new windscreen and I had an appointment booked just 2 days away.
At the replacement centre the technician was very helpful and reassuring, I was a little worried about the job and the recalibration of safety devices but he explained it all to me and showed me the recalibration equipment.
The job took less time than allowed and the vehicle was handed over in the clean, tidy and undamaged condition I left it.
Overall I am very pleased with all my experiences with National Windscreens and I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

It was good to be able to talk to a person
It was good to be able to talk to a person on the telephone centrally to make an appointment. The communication by text and email was amazing. The people repairing the windscreen were lovely, friendly, warm and helpful. The job was done quickly and efficiently and the car is back to new.
