Yes the windscreen was repaired but…..
Yes the windscreen was repaired. That’s why I gave 1 star.
The other 4 stars were not given because of how my car was left, glass was left all over the seats, the dashboard was a mess of black bits and thick mess. Glass remains were in every cubbyhole around the front and the section above the steering wheel. Black stains on both material struts to the sides of the windscreen that join to the dashboard, that isn’t coming off.
Not a happy person at all. If it was a choice and not where insurance company sent me, I wouldn’t return.

Opted for manufactured BMW Glass v’s aftermarket glass and this was sourced without Any complaints..
Technician Darren was very professional efficient and informative throughout the Windscreen replacement fitting.

Replacement windscreen
We had our windscreen replaced, didn't take long at all. Came to our property to do the work within a few days of reporting to my insurance at a time that was convenient. No problems with the windscreen, has been fitted for around a few weeks now. Thank you.

Took 3 visits to finally get them to bring correct parts - meanwhile I've had to take 3 whole days off!
