Garage service was excellent, but information was not so good
On the day the service was excellent. The first appointment didn't happen because the windscreen hadn't been delivered. I was told beforehand by the main office that I should allow 4 hours for the repair. In practice it was only 90 minutes so it changed my plans for the day. I had to return earlier than expected to collect it.

When I managed to arrange an appointment everything went very smoothly and the job was done quickly
Unfortunately I had to wait two weeks to gat an appointment As the window had a huge two foot crack on it I did not feel safe using the car So for a fortnight I was walking with no transport

Good repair, dreadful follow up The actual repair was done reasonably…
The actual repair was done reasonably quickly by an excellent knowledgeable technician, at home.
The followup paper work was dreadful! An EMail was received containing a link to the paperwork; it didn't work, on 3 different platforms! Repeated requests for a working link were either ignored or not acted upon. I still don't have it , Elgin was allegedly contacted but nothing happened.
