When I arrived I was greeted and told about the details of what was going to happen. I later received the promised phone call when all was done, and this was a little earlier than originally anticipated.
The staff was friendly and competent and kind.
The new windscreen was good, but the glass was not completely clean (although this become only apparent in sunlight).
