They successfully explained reasons for delays in obtaining new windscreen and need for matching rubber trim.
Once windscreen and trim arrived, they were very fast (next day)and did a superb job.

From booking the appointment to the final finish everyone was polite and courteous. I had some issues on the day with the app and the team were able to let me know a 2 hour window when to expect the work to be carried out. Spot on. The windscreen was replaced beautifully and you would never know it has been changed. Thank you very much.
