Mini Countryman Windscreen - 5 Star Service
Reminders sent prior to the day of fitting, then on the day the fitter called letting me know a more accurate time - and he arrived bang in the middle of his ETA.
The fitter was polite, explaining the process then he got to work. He was respectful of my car making sure not to damage or even dirty anything. After the windscreen was replaced, he explained in detail the aftercare needed, then asked if I was happy (which I clearly was).
I’d highly recommend National Windscreens to anyone, from start to finish I felt in good hands.

Super Service!
Super service! Came to my house to repair rear windscreen. It was -4 outside! The engineer was amazing, friendly and explained the procedure. He cleaned everything up and battled with the rear wiper arm that wasn’t coming off easy. All repairs and tested in about 1.5 hours.

Good Overall, Except for Unexpectedly Changing Appointment Time
Everything moved quite well with the exception of changing the time of the appointment from morning to afternoon less than a week before, on a Saturday. And it made my work arrangements useless and put me in difficulty because I don't have a job where I can work remotely or leave whenever I want and cover is required.
Job was done well though and everyone was quite friendly in Glasgow. The people on the phone though weren't really helpful.

Great communication and updates with excellent service.
Good communication regarding fitting arrangements. Originally workshop fitting, changed to home fitting as first replacement windscreen was damaged. Technician arrived within notified window, was courteous and worked diligently fitting new windscreen. Technician also advised on after fitting care. Overall very pleased with the process and service.
