The technician that came to replace my windscreen was great. My car was parked on a bank and when asked if it needed to be moved he said it was fine where it was. The job was completed quickly and professionally.

The guys had a difficult job to do, with our 1960 Buick Electra curved back window. They were nothing but professional at every interaction and we can't thank them enough. If you have an old classic, these are the guys to contact. Had to cancel and rearrange the install, due to unforeseen circumstances, but they were so understanding and accommodating. Will definitely use them again.

Really poor. I was travelling in Scotland, a stone hit my windscreen leaving a significant crack. This was on a Monday. My wife called National Windscreens and arranged for the car to go to the Elgin branch on the Thursday. When I arrived I was told that their distribution centre had sent the wrong windscreen. This was far from ideal as I then had to drive back to Glasgow. I was told that someone would call me to rearrange an appointment in Glasgow. No one called. I then called and was told I was booked in for the following Friday and that an email confirmation would be sent. No email was sent. I then had to call the helpline an additional 2 times to be told that an enquiry had been sent to the branch but that they hadn't responded and there was little they could do! So, at the time of writing I have no idea whether my windscreen is being replaced or not!

Very happy with my windscreen and quick service

I had continuous reminders informing the date, time and address of the appointment. In the day, I followed the instructions and everything was fine. The whole processes was easy and smooth. Great service, thank you.

Excellent service, advised of time taken and I also had 1 damaged wiper which I needed to replace but they also showed me the wiper they had taken off , with tea and coffee provided while I waited ,

I understand you can’t make every windscreen perfect but as my crack is only just over 1cm wide I thought it would be more than 20% better than it is. If I knew there would be little improvement I would’ve just left it or better still replaced the windscreen.

Thank you for your service only issue is the actual place was far, but they allowed me to drop car off in morning for convenience so I appreciate that thank you and the replacement is amazing no crack now .
