The worst experience I’ve had in many years!!!
Had an appointment booked for a Friday morning between 9-1. I was aware that it could at worst case be up to 4pm. No engineer turned up. I contacted the branch and they weren’t able to get hold of the technician, or their manager or the regional manager. Wanted me to wait until the Monday with a smashed rear window. Obviously this wasn’t acceptable. I managed to get it booked in for the Saturday morning but had to go to the branch. Still charged me the £60 XS even though I’d had to wait in for a whole day without as much as a call to keep me informed. Thank goodness I didn’t have 2 kids of school for the day due to inset.
Really not impressed and most certainly wouldn’t recommend at all.

Turned up on time and glass was replaced my only gripe is every time I open the door I get glass falling out the bottom of the door surely when panel was off a quick hoover out could have been done I now have to take panel back off and hoover out .

Excellent experience of National windscreens
After some difficulty dealing with the call centre as they couldn't find the correct screen for my lorry I started talking to the Gloucester Depot. Service from that point was great. The guys then arrived as booked exactly on time and fitted the new window in the time plan they had suggested.
