Appointment at home cancelled on morning due to staff sickness, rearranged for that afternoon but with need to visit your depot. Very helpful advice on local amenities such as cafes whilst work carried out.

The technician arrived on time and was friendly and so professional ,he assessed the windscreen and proceeded to repair it to a high spec. We were most impressed with the service he provided, answering our questions etc. With service like we had we will definitely recommend National Windscreens, We would give them the highest of scores. Windscreen replacement went well…however was kept waiting 2 hours from my appointed time before car worked on.

I arrived at Hastings workshop to a warm welcoming smile from the young man working there that day .
He explained he was working on 1 car mine was next , he explained where I should park my car ,told me it would be a couple of hours before mine was ready to collect , he would call me when it was ready so I went off and done my shopping .

Service was brilliant, product / fitting not so much
Booking process and information provided was fantastic and were extremely accommodating. This area of it would have 5 stars. They went out of their way to help me.
The lower rating is due to the automatic windscreen wipers now no longer working. The glass also seemed to have a film / grease on it which continues to be incredibly difficult to clean off.
Edit - it has also now got a chip in it.

Couldn't have been better
Your epresentative Tyrone arrived prompt and early, having notified us in advance, so that we did not have to stay in all day waiting and wondering, which was much appreciated. He got staight down to work and took the trouble to explain the reasons for some of the problems we might have been having. He was courteous, friendly and efficient. Issue resolved
Arrived on time, succinct about what they were going to do, and summarised at finish, explaining that they were unable to completely secure window rubbers due to techniques used by a previous fitter. It is a little untidy (but the reasons are explained). The new window screen is in, it operates perfectly and I have not encountered any leaks. Sorted!
