Cover left off underneath dashboard, intermittent wipe seems to be non functioning but was prior to fitting of new screen

Wrong screen delivered twice but they continued and then succeeded to replace screen. They fitted the camera in front of the driver rather than passenger side so no camera in car otherwise all ok.

Great service was pre-warned that it would take at least 4-5 hours to complete but happy with the service

Excellent service provided by the guys at National Windscreens. I originally thought I would need a new screen so booked in accordingly. After review, the guys suggested a repair was only needed and saved me from forking out on a replacement. Very trustworthy and I would recommend to everyone

Been booked for windscreen replacement, today 28.07.25. Hoddesdon . Suppose the engineer to come and replace my windscreen at my location. One of the manager call and ask if I can bring the car to the Hoddesdon branch as the engineer call sick . Been here from 10.00am and now it’s 3: 40 pm and I’m still waiting.. they keep delaying me “ in five minutes”
Totally waste of time… so I’m leaving home with a day lost. Frustrating… Unprofessional and unethical. Thank you for wasting my time!

I arrived on time, as requested at 8.30am. The engineer was on hand to receive my car, he told me the duration and phoned me as soon as works were completed . A very smooth process, I collected the car and paid.

If I could leave minus stars I would. Disgusting scamming company. I had a windscreen fitted on my van, the first weekend of rain we have since it’s fitted all of a sudden the van breaks down… theres a puddle of water in the footwell and the BCM is saturated in water. My van won’t start and is going to cost a bill of 3k+ . I then have to be towed to a mechanic who works on the van for 2+ hours looking for possible leaks to then call me and ask me “ have you recently had a windscreen fitted as it’s leaking from there “ it then comes to my attention I did a few weeks ago but it’s been nice weather until now. Give National windscreens a call to let them know they clearly haven’t fitted the windscreen properly after days of chasing and absolute lies they tell they have finally come to a conclusion and claimed they’re NOT liable… because according to their team the way to test if a windscreen is leaking is to REMOVE THE FAULTy windscreen and check for water marks afterwards? Sounds to me like you’re removing the problem to then say it wasn’t your fault and re do the windscreen so the problem is gone!! They were asked on numerous occasions by me to test it while the FAULTY WINDSCREEN WAS STILL ON with a hose which we had accessible. Makes more sense to me and everyone I’ve spoke to. They wouldve then been able to see the leaks coming from the windscreen. But no , they remove the problem and say it wasn’t from them as there’s no water marks on the sealent ect , funny that because it’s been dry for 2 days by now.
The windscreen fitters which attended the job were clutching at straws for reasons it wasn’t the windscreen… pointing at blatant dirt marks on my WORK VAN saying they were water marks from other parts of the van. Time and time again being proven wrong as they were silly dirt marks from outlines of the mirror on the sun visor ect They were also smoking vapes and fags next to us , kids and newborn baby on the job , unprofessional. just wait for your break.
Also take into consideration that even after all of that you still want to chose national windscreens that if something does go wrong they do not cover costs of your loss of earnings, for the services you used to get your vehicle towed or for the mechanics work beforehand so not only do I have to find 3k for their mistake I’m at a loss for all those things too, even if they did claim liability. It’s absolutely diabolical.
