I ordered a Mercedes Windscreen and…
I ordered a Mercedes Windscreen and paid the excess. After 3 weeks and many phone calls i was booked in to have the windscreen replaced. The night before branch contacted me to say they havn't got the glass. In the end Scott at the Branch manged to get a screen which was not dealer glass but all good in the end and Scott was very helpful and a nice guy

Not impressed
Poor result from a home repair so windscreen had to be replaced. Location in Hoddeson is in a giant industrial park and 3 hours to kill was not easy whilst waiting. Replacement windscreen had a whistle at speed so it had to go back to be refitted. Another 3 hours wait. Not impressed overall.

Faulty replacement
Faulty replacement was installed with scratches, x2 faulty lines within the laminate and the glass was distorted.I don’t know how this got past quality control from the manufacturer let alone at installation. Not good enough for the company used by Aviva.
The staff were friendly enough but massive inconvenience to have to return twice. Also, i was told that I would be first in at second visit. Brought my car in before 9am as arranged yet still had to wait until lunchtime until it was done.

Snapped Pipe
Really quick professional service for fitting.
But couple of days later I went to use the screen wash and it did not work. I thought the tank must be empty but I found the pipe to cashiers had been snapped!

Didn’t have to wait long for an appointment slot. Said it would take half a day and I got the call to say it was done in under 3 hours. Mounted my dash cam back properly. Clean and tidy like they hadn’t even been in my car. Top job!

Excellent communucations and service
Really quick service following a large crack on the windscreen late on Friday afternoon. The job was booked in and completed by Tuesday afternoon.
My only complaint is that they are almost impossible to find on the estate where they are based. Some signage would help, but thats probably down to the landlords of the property.
