Absolutely shocking they haven't fixed the problem in fact it took 10 mins all they did was take some pictures to make it look like they did something but it 💯 appears nothing has been done 0 stars

Not happy with the outcome
Not happy with the outcome. There was no instructions beforehand. It wasn't clear what your staff is gonna do. Job was done in 15 to 20 mins! That is from the arrival till his finish.

Excellent service from the Huddersfield branch
National Windscreens (Huddersfield branch) originally fitted a new windscreen in my car in early October but we were unhappy with the quality of the windscreen. We informed them of the problem and they agreed to replace it with no hesitation. An appointment was made, the fitter contacted us on the morning of the fitting to tell us what time he would arrive. He was very professional, efficient and diligent and a tidy worker. We are now very happy with the replacement windscreen.

I was really impressed with how quickly my front windscreen was replaced. The website said it might take up to 4 hours, but the team was super friendly and efficient. I dropped the car off at the depot, and it only took about 50 minutes — quick, easy, and done! I was really happy with the service and would definitely recommend them.

Can't follow instructions.
Arrival time 830 then 1030 but arrived 1230, fixed passenger side chip which was over a year old which I didn't ask for so had to come back next day, couldn't fix the chip on drivers side that was only a week old, looked like no attempt made, tried telling me when the chips were made and why not successful, er its my vehicle i know when i got the chips, got told get a new windscreen.
Poor all round experience, only used because of insurance and would not use again.
