I was kept informed about what was happening and the windscreen was fitted when they said it would be. The fitter called ahead to advise of his arrival time and it all went without a hitch - very pleased with the service!

Staff very helpful. Fitter came on time, explained what needed to be done, how long it would take and after care.

Straight forward process, great communication both electronically and in person at the depot.
Most importantly a well done job of replacing the windscreen.

Dashboard was dirty and one of the humidity sensors behind the internal mirror apparently is broken

Staff were very helpful on the telephone in setting up the appointment; they were equally helpful when I arrived for the replacement windscreen and had it done within 2 1/2 hours. I couldn’t have asked for better service.

The work carried out at National Windscreens in Inverness was very professional. Kenny and the team were excellent — friendly, good banter, professional throughout, and the job itself was completed to a high standard.

My frustration is more with the wider service rather than the team on site. I had to travel around two and a half hours each way to Inverness, five hours in total, rather than having a mobile service come to me as I had been used to previously in Yorkshire. I also had to wait around 10 days before anything was done, which was disappointing.

So overall, the actual workmanship and customer service from Kenny and the team were fantastic, but the delay and the travel involved made the overall experience less satisfactory than it could have been.

Call centre was misleading in advising mobile service was available for our area, when, in fact is was not. However, Kenny Baldock at Inverness was super and couldn’t have been more helpful, thank you. He managed to get us booked in at short notice and despite a hiccup with delivery of the new windscreen, he was able to ensure the work was done before our MOT expired. Have been here before for our car and would definitely recommend

Fantastic service - changed my appointment to suit me better as I had my support dog plus a trainee in tow and was many miles from home as Inverness was the nearest at 70 miles away! Gave me time to take the dogs for a walk & get my shopping.
