I had my passenger window smashed and National Windscreens in Inverness fixed it here at my home 3 hours drive away from Inverness. They tell you when they're coming and they did the repair.

They cane out to my work which was great, but there is still a chip instead of a crack on my windscreen.
When it said the remair mey not be invisible, i expected it would at least be flush with the windscreen.

I was thoroughly delighted with the staff. Everyone was lovely and helpful and so quick!
In fact I was still doodling about town, which is only a short fifteen minute walk away and was so surprised to hear
the van was ready to go.
Not a worry they said, take your time, the vehicle is safe here and we are open for a good few hours.
Excellent day out and a pristine new windscreen and not a trace of the old one.
Highly recommend these folks here, especially being a lone woman of later years!!!!

Had to take the car in twice
Had to take the car in twice, since the first time there was a strong wind whstle from somewhere around the rear veiw mirror. It happens. Their customer service is pretty good. After the second replacement, there were no issues.

Replacement Windscreen
Kept us updated with appointment time, arrived when they said would arrive as we're having this done at house. Completed removal and installation of new windscreen. The fitter was competent and also answered a couple of questions we asked, very well mannered and efficient.
Good company to use, very helpful staff.

Second time around
My first appointment was cancelled when I walked into your Inverness branch reception to drop off car for the work to be carried out.
The replacement windscreen had not been received by the branch and I had not been notified.
At my second appointment a week later the work was carried out and I am happy with the workmanship.
