Slow Supply Redeemed
Once the rear window had been delivered, which took some time - a week in fact - the actual replacement was expertly and swiftly done. The young mechanic was working in questionable conditions, at times with serious midge trouble - a net useful ? - but did very well.

home appointment disappointed
Had a home appointment waited in all day and no one showed. No one contacted to give me an update. Tried to use the chat line and phone numbers on emails and they all kicked me out. Eventually got a number to call and was told that the technician had called me at 11:40 but as I hadn’t answered assumed I wasn’t available. Also said he was at my house and no one was in. Both my wife and I were in all day I have a camera and no one was at my door. Interesting thing is that looked at the technician tracker late morning and it told me that the technician had two jobs before coming to my house which would have suggested that he would be arriving after 2. Asked why the technician didn’t call again or leave a text and the operator said they should have and apologised. Don’t like being critical of anyone but I’m not a fan of this company for obvious reasons.

New screen fitting.
Iwas kept up to speed about what was happening about my windscreen. They phone me to let me know when they were arriving. The two technicians were quick and efficient in putting in my screen, and gave me advice about looking after my new screen over the next couple of weeks.

Very nice competent technician but useless helpline
Very nice competent engineer, but awful helpline and website. The website let me book a Saturday appointment and I waited in all day for technician, the helpline were absolutely useless and didn't know if he was coming or not. Turns out the local branch isn't even open on Saturday.
