New windcreen
My first appointment was cancelled, the second one the engineer turned up with a scratched screen and on the 3rd occasion everything went really well. I was kept informed of the engineer's arrival time

Replaced cracked windscreen on Volvo XC40
It took a little while to get the dealer glass, and trying to contact the right person at National Windscreens for an update wasn't always easy. However, come replacement day, the process was faultless; fast key drop-off, and picked up the car up a few hours later with it looking much cleaner than when I left it. It's been a couple of weeks and we've had no post-install problems. Would recommend.

Very poor quality windscreen used,which didn’t fit properly causing damage to the outer casing. Communication with the company is appalling. Had to make many phone calls to get someone to call me back to discuss the issues.
