The first guy came out to fix my initial problem but he caused more damage to car than to fix it had to wait until today 2nd August to get another person to fix his nane was David he was very helpful and he fixed most of the faults but due to first person breaking my wipers I have to buy the full part of them as boy has been snapped

Easy drop off experience, phone call a couple of hours later to say the car was ready and quick collection. The only hassle that day was the fact the bypass was closed for our return!

My first impression of National…
My first impression of National windscreens was very good the person I spoke with was very helpful.
On arrival at the Kilmarnock garage Euan was also helpful and accommodating which was good.
Then it turned into a disaster out with Euan or I’s control, as it turns out the incorrect screen had been ordered much to my disappointment as I had traveled a fair bit for this repair.
Euan was very apologetic and said my car was now a priority and would be fixed first thing Tuesday morning, this was Friday so I made the decision to leave my car in Kilmarnock as I didn’t want to be driving it on another 1 hr and 20 minutes round trip for safety reasons.
All fixed eventually and thanks again to Euan for keeping me up to date with the situation.
