The premises/waiting room could do with a drinks machine and TV as the job can take up to 4 hours, there's nothing else to do or anywhere to go in the area.

First windscreen was damaged. Then took a week to get another one. Took a total of a day's holiday. Not impressed

Windscreen Replacement
Staff very polite and helpful. They had problems getting the correct windscreen, so had to fit the wrong version and then order the right one which is not available in the uk (not their fault as dealership gave wrong information). They have kept me informed at all times, so just waiting for new windscreen to be delivered, then I can arrange another fitting appointment.

I had a new windscreen replaced, and the team were brilliant and helpful. They installed the windscreen and checked all the front screen camera assets and confirmed they all worked.

Great, fast service
Great service! Was done in 30 minutes, driver called when on their way. Came to my address, left no mess and provided suitable advice.
When booking only had a to wait two working days for a slot.
