Avoid if you can – Extremely Unprofessional Service
My rear window was smashed on my Honda Jazz on 27th November, and I contacted National Windscreens the same day through my insurer (Allianz). I booked the earliest appointment they had — 2nd December — and paid £199.50, including my £140 excess.
On the day of the appointment, while I was waiting at home for the engineer, they called to say they couldn’t do the repair because the glass hadn’t even been delivered. They also had no idea when it would arrive or when the repair might actually happen.
This has caused major disruption: I couldn’t go to work, and our plans for the week have been completely thrown off. The lack of communication, organisation, and accountability is really disappointing. For a national provider, this level of service is shockingly unprofessional.
I expected far better, especially considering they are Allianz’s approved repairer. Right now, I’m left without a working car, no clear timeline, and a very poor customer experience.
Would not recommend based on this experience.

Very efficient
I thought I had a problems with my wipers after I’d had my windscreen replaced, however it fixed itself after a few hours but I had notified national windscreen about the issue and the communication afterwards to ensure everything was okay was brilliant I will definitely be taking any of my cars back there for windscreen replacements or any issues as they are brilliant. Definitely recommend was anyone want a smooth and easy process
