Friendly and professional
The two chaps working in the Middlesbrough branch were very friendly, and helped with directions into the town whilst my windscreen was being replaced. The replacement itself was carried out quickly and the inside of my car was kept clean.

My windscreen needed replacing and…
My windscreen needed replacing and thankfully my insurance covers the work.
I had it booked for a home visit, but on the day the weather was poor. So the technician called to ask if I could go to my local unit. So I took it down for the work to be done. I was previously told it might take over an hour. However, was done in less than 40 minutes, so I wasn't sat around for long. This was a pleasant surprise. So cannot fault their service.

Glass left all over the drive
Glass left all over the drive , had si sweep it up myself which is not ideal when I have two young children, who like play outside. Also when the panels have been taken off to access the window , broken glass was left inside of it . So now everytime I open my boot door there’s a constant rattle of broken glass
