Absolutely brilliant
I contacted this company through my insurance as the windscreen had been smashed while driving on the motorway. I had work on the only day they could take me but they were absolutely brilliant in terms of they let me drop my car off a bit earlier so I could get back to work. They were quick and efficient and when they rang me to tell me it was completed they offered me different times to pick the car up so I could fit it into my lunch break at work

So close to a five star
I would have given five but I got no communication when the car was ready to be collected as they could not do mine at my home.
I had to call the national number as no one answered at the local branch.
I do appreciate that they accommodated me on leaving the car earlier but a phone call would have been good as I had to travel back from Sunderland.

I was told I had a 9am slot
I was told I had a 9am slot. The repairer had finished the job by the time it was 9 so i couldn't inspect the finish. I wasn't happy with the finish at all. I still have 2 small chips that im not happy with

Told they had ordered wrong one...???
I was sat over an hour into my appointment to replace my windscreen to be told the one they had ordered was the wrong one??? I then was told they had to refit my old one which now had 5 more cracks in it that what I had brought it in with... but was told it was safe to drive. I did manage to get an appointment early the next morning but a second visit was not ideal at all, cost of travel and inconvenience etc.

Awful experience
Wrong glass ordered and as it was on very the new year I had to wait longer. Then something broke in the door which took until mid January for them to fix and the window still isn't fitted properly - it wobbles when you open the door as it's a coupe with no door frame!
