Friendly and helpful
Friendly and helpful, meaning some stone chips however a wiper was broken during the repair so they returned the following week and replaced both. However I noticed the sweep was not correct and found the protectors were still on the end of the blades!

Had a replacment window screen booked for a home replacement.repair man phoned me asking if i had a garage,or covered drive.i said no.he said its raing wete he is.could i drive to there nearest depot,i said ive booked a home drive replacment window screen .he told me that i had to drive to the nearest depot. Not happy really.as had to start work late.

Extremely easy to organise and book the appointment. A few days before the appointment, I needed to change the date and that was no problem. Then a day before I needed to change the drop off time and again no problem. Their communication with us was excellent and prompt. When the work (which was excellent) was complete, I received a text right away. I could not get to the shop before closing and they sorted that out for me also. Highly recommended!

Great service
Great service. Job was all done within 1 hour. Very pleasant chap that did the work... The only downside was not national windscreen's fault, but my insurance company couldn't fit me in anywhere else for at least 2 weeks. So I had to do a 40 mile trip to get my windscreen fitted. But national did a great job.....

Worst ever booked me in then cancelled…
Worst ever booked me in then cancelled it night before then next morning txt me again to say was coming after I had gone out so phoned them said yes was coming then didn’t turn up and had to take another day off work which didn’t get paid for so cost me £500 to get it changed worse windscreen company I have ever dealt with in 25 years of business ( I used to run 7 vans )
