Phoned insurance re stone chip on windscreen and I was given an appointment date the chip was in the wrong place to repair I was worried as my screen is heated. This did not appear to be an issue and one was ordered in. It was fitted within an hour whilst I waited.

The rubber seal was damaged when replacing my windscreen, I was told someone would be in touch and come to my house to replace it.
I have not heard from them!

My screen should have been fitted at home, but because of rain, I had to take my car to your depot, a 60 mile round trip, to get my windscreen fixed. Otherwise it would be a two week wait I was told by your operative. Perhaps you should carry waterproof covering, gazebo etc.
There was a stain on the drivers seat which I had to remove myself.
Otherwise a timely fit.

Very happy with my new windscreen fitted by National windscreens. Very polite staff and was greeted upon arrival. Fixed Very quickly and left no mess afterwards. Coffee and seating was lovely in the waiting area.

Thanks it was super convenient and quick service. Being able to get the appointment the same week was massive. Only downside was I was quoted £60 cheaper at one other place.

For the 3rd time using this company they messed up the windscreen replacement.

This time they didn’t align the wipers back to their home position leading to them colliding and snapping one off.

Didn’t answer the phone/ emails or their “live chatbot” for 3 days.
When they did they offered an appointment 8 days later to fix.

Can’t really drive a car without wipers when it’s been pissing down all week. So I’m now another £50 out of pocket to buy the wiper arm removal tool and a new set of wipers.
Joke of a company. Have written to insurance company and will refuse to let them bodge my car again if I need work.
