Beyond useless…
For the 3rd time using this company they messed up the windscreen replacement.
This time they didn’t align the wipers back to their home position leading to them colliding and snapping one off.
Didn’t answer the phone/ emails or their “live chatbot” for 3 days.
When they did they offered an appointment 8 days later to fix.
Can’t really drive a car without wipers when it’s been pissing down all week. So I’m now another £50 out of pocket to buy the wiper arm removal tool and a new set of wipers.
Joke of a company. Have written to insurance company and will refuse to let them bodge my car again if I need work.

The Operative welcomed me on the day, communicated clearly, delivered the work within the deadline he set - very efficient and professional service.
Additionally, he left the inside of my car in showroom condition after replacing the windscreen.

A great welcome from the fitter and the screen was replaced in around 45 minutes.
(But the booking system told me to allow 4 hours for the process. It is fortunate, therefore, that I didn't arrange for someone to pick me up to avoid the wait.)

Very helpful and had the job done within the time advised.
We had our toddler with us, and they were very accommodating and advised as soon as it was finished.
The car was also very clean and hoovered the front footwells.
We passed the time using the carvery down the road (they have a soft play) and also the bowling alley next door.

Simple process
Simple process - organised through the insurance. Got a text to say when it was booked in for. Work done on the day, and got a text to say it had been done so I knew when to return - They even hoovered my footwells and topped up the washer fluid!
