Service was ok, but seemed disorganised at drop off and pick up.
Also plastic trim around window wasn’t secured properly. I’ve had this before with another car as it seems they lack focus on the finer detail of the installation.

Nightmare
Time was arranged for 12 due to partner having cancer and needing care, I was told it was four hours and I said I would have to wait as depot 16 miles from home and no way of getting home.
I arrived and was told it was 1pm appointment and that I would have to wait, very rude member of staff and unacceptable manner and was quite disrespectful. He offered to reschedule my appointment and said none of the information was on the system, I called the booking line and they said everything was on the job card and there should not have been a problem.
I was made to wait until 1.45 before they did the job and then they bodged up replacing my dashcam.
