Had to make a second journey
Staff were excellent and gave a very good service, unfortunately I had to make a second journey of 60 miles as the first windscreen had scratches on it.

Fully explained, prior to arrival, work to be carried out, how long the vehicle was expected to be at depot.offere tea or coffee. Received phone call, saying that the work had been completed. No mess in vehicle, nothing but praise for staff.

Great work, poor choice of locations
The staff and work standard was excellent.
The location at 75 miles as the nearest to Aberystwyth was ridiculous. The next nearest is Cardiff at over 100 miles. Contract the work out to regional companies.
