Great service
Great service. Originally said my windscreen replacement would take up to 4 hours - it actually took less than 2! As the premises are on an industrial estate there’s nothing much to do except wait in the company’s waiting room which was fairly basic. Can I suggest a coffee or vending machine, a few magazines perhaps? Otherwise all good. Staff were friendly and helpful. All round I have no complaints!

Stone Chip in windscreen
A stone hit my windscreen from another car. A chip like a snow flake right in the passengers eye line. Chap came said it wasn’t big enough for total windscreen, sealed it or whatever they do.
Problem is I can see it and keep thinking what if it spreads. It’s visible from the outside and inside.
I did listen to the chap who was pleasant. I know no different. The car is a VW Tiguan. Worried driver.

Fantastic service

Such a contrast with Auto Windscreens who took 3 weeks to contact me to tell me that they had no mobile units available indefinitely and I would have to make a 35 mile round trip to repair a chip.

Excellent services and experiences with National Windscreen
The booking (18Aug) of replacement was fast with friendly reception. It was booked on 21 Aug and the technician, Matt, arrived at 850am on 21 Aug....cannot be more puncture than this case.
Matt is an experienced workman on the job, with a delicate mindset to take care broken glasses inside the boot, to clean the new windscreen thoroughly. He is efficient to complete installation of rear windscreen within 2 hours, amazing with the amount of detailed works he did.
