Good booking system and Couod work with Wi-Fi while waiting
Good booking system. My main reason for 4 not 5 stars was that my local depot had a wait time of about 3 weeks, so I had to go to one 30 miles away which still had wait time of nearly 2 weeks. But when that day arrived, the replacement was very efficient. Wi-Fi in the waiting area, so could work while waiting… and it only took 2 hours

Easy to organise and a whole lot quicker than the competition….. ie. by a month!!!
The depot was clean, tidy and it turns out a very comfortable. Friendly and very competent staff - car in, new windscreen, job done in a couple hours, no hassle at all.

I chose an appointment for an…
I chose an appointment for an installation at home via the website as suggested. I needed an AM slot. I chose from 9-1. National Windscreens did not arrive till 4 pm.
I was told on the morning of the day in question that that
The arrival time would be around 4, or I could rearrange for another day. That was way too short notice.

Brilliant Service
I was very impressed with the service provided. The live chat team was extremely helpful and gave me clear information, especially as I’d never used a windscreen service before. The glass technician also called an hour before arriving, was very professional throughout, and completed the job to an excellent standard.
