Was a good experience not as long as I thought it was going to be just as well as there is not much to do whilst you wait staff were pleasant kept me informed as to what they were doing but wish I had have know I couldn’t wash it for 7 days before I went as would have washed it

It was easy to arrange an appointment for our car windscreen replacement to be done at home . The technician arrived on time. He was friendly and polite. He worked very efficiently and did a great job.

Customer services skills are very poor…
Customer services skills are very poor and the store says it closes at 5:30pm of which when I went to drop my car the night before to leave it with them there wasn’t no one there at 5:15pm store was all closed up. I also left them an note to call me first thing the next day before starting work on my car which no one bothered to do so. I then received a text message at 10:30 the next day stating my car is ready for collection and the work was all complete. I asked a friend to pick up the spare keys from them so I could pick the car after I finish work and when he went to collect the keys they then tell they have been trying to get hold of me of which was a lie call I checked my phone and had no miss calls, so there service out of 10 I wouldn’t give them a 1
