They replaced my front window of my car,after that there was an error in the wiper sensor. the WOMAN on the PHONE was very rude and spoke to me as if I were an idiot. I went to the service center twice to fix the error. The third time, the guys came to my work, but the problem remained. I'm giving up of this garage and will take the car to another place .Dont west your time and money. Very disappointing !

Poor service to begin with
Poor service to begin with, length of time for appointment, poor communication and then further length of time for second visit, with poor customer service and experience on the day. Promised a call back which took hours, and having a web chat to rebook pointless as never received this appointment so waste of my time.
The second visit was amazing, with great communication from the fitter and very professional, but wouldn't recommend National Windscreens after the initial service and interaction.

Good communication from booking to service/repair, they even call on the day of my appointment to remind me of my booking . The repair done was good and was honest to inform me that they have not changed my wipers so I did get a refund.

Absolutely disgusting customer service
Absolutely disgusting customer service. I visited the National Windscreens Slough branch and the guy at reception was extremely rude and had no basic manners or customer service skills. He clearly doesn’t know how to speak to customers and should definitely not be the face of the company.
At the end of the day, he won’t lose anything personally, but the brand will lose its reputation because of behaviour like this. Very disappointing experience. Would not recommend.

Only tiny smallest like pink chip on my windscreen and go there to repair it but they make it more bigger and more visible and the repair man said its normal and that time I m shock and also I hurry so didn't say anything but I realised that these people's don't have any interest to fo work and making there customers fool.

Cannot praise the staff high enough for going out of their way to help.Those that answered the phone, were polite, friendly and helpful. On the day of apoointment, my wife had to go for a chemo treatment. They ensured that we had the first appointment and that ou repair was completed in time for her appointment.
