Absolutely disgusting service
Absolutely disgusting service. It does not worth at all to book service with this company. Please DONOT visit this company to have work done for your vehicle. They don’t update you when asked. Will never use this company again. Rating for this company is minus ZERO. I was give appointment for 12 pm and changed it to 1 pm without any conversation. And just to change from windscreen they made me to wait for 4 hours which is nowhere acceptable. Please note that I’m posting this review for Slogh branch of National Windscreens but not for others.

Friendly staff, great work
The staff were friendly and my windscreen was replaced well. It's a shame I had to travel so far for a open workshop. I would highly recommend them though.

The windscreen was replaced at the Slough centre and was done within the time specified. Very pleased with the service I received.
There is a comfortable waiting area with a drinks machine.

Not satisfactory service
The replacement windscreen which was provided was not the exact manufacturer quality windscreen. This is the second occasion I have encountered the same issue having to have the windscreen replaced some 7months previously.
