Fantastic customer service from start…
Fantastic customer service from start to finish! I had the windshield on my Tesla Model 3 replaced in under 3 hours, which was incredibly efficient given the calibration usually required. The team was professional, communicated well, and got me back on the road much faster than expected. Highly recommended.

Very fast n efficient. The wrong windscreen was ordered for my car by national windscreens. Fortunately it was an upgraded screen and it was fitted with no added cost. Would have been 5* but some excess glass was left all over my dashboard for me to hoover up.

Long wait
I was told to come to the garage at 12pm. I was just just before that, and was told it will take 2-3h or maybe 4h. I went for a lunch and I came back to see a progress at around 1.30pm, the van wasn't started yet. They started after 2pm and it was handed to me after 4.40pm. Also I think the windscreen quality is not the best, it is catching dust and any small particles when driving. Didn't have that issue before with original one.

Absolutely terrible experience
Absolutely terrible experience.
Waited 4.5 hours and technicians couldn’t get my windscreen wipers to work once eventually fitted a new windscreen. Took the car without them working and called out land rover assist. They came to my house and discovered the wire connecting the wipers had been damaged. They repaired it (at my cost). 2nd long and painful experience at this branch. Will never use them again even if my insurance demands it.

Took longer than maximum quoted time
No issues with the actual windscreen replacement, but rather with the time for the work.
I was told it could take up to four hours, implying it would likely take less. In fact it took five hours and I arrived before the requested booking time.
