Highly experienced and professional
The fitter was highly professional and experienced.
Someone had previously had the screen trims off and bodged them back on. He relied on his 20+ yrs experience and corrected all of the previous mistakes. He gave excellent advice for screen care whilst the adhesives cured.
We use the same firm for repairs at work to our 35+ fleet of vans and lorries.
Highly recommended.

The new windscreen that was fitted had scratches on it. Unfortunately it wasn't checked properly either before fitting it or before handing the car back to me.

I am so sorry to say that repair was provided haven’t solved the issue with crack on my windscreen. I truly believe that it could be done with better results as the sign of crack is still visible .

Not Great.
Had a new windscreen fitted fri 12/6/ 26. All very good or so i thought. 5 days later had to use window wipers for the 1st time since the replacement and low and behold only the drivers side worked. Being 40 miles from home I had to go to the nearest mercedes garage, who very kindly managed to fit me in to repair the faulty wiper (had come unclipped from the motor) and resyncronise the wipers and got a bill of £189. Not impressed!

The chaps at Southampton were absolutely marvellous, cannot fault them , but I have to say when I was trying to contact them by phone I do not like the system they use , no one answers to speak to you but you can hold? They come back & you don’t get time to answer? Then you go through the system again , not ideal . But I cannot fault the team there .

Adequate job, no better
Windscreen replaced - job adequate - fine but…
Original booking was changed cos right staff not working g that day. Inside of new windscreen needed re cleaning - really smeery. Was told at least 4 hrs then once completed had to collect car no more than 4 hrs after start.
Shame insurance companies don’t allow us to vote with our feet.
Staff were friendly. Feel the “systems” / procedures let them down
