Had booked a windscreen repair & new wipers, not able to replace the wipers because they ran out of stock.
The windscreen repair was poor & very visible after finishing the job

Dashcam fell off
To replace the windscreen required taking the Dashcam off. It was replaced but fell off, it took 3 days and misinformation to get an offer to replace it. But that required a 40 mile drive and a couple of hours.

good service, good staff great result
My window glass was unusual so it took time but these folks were meticulous in ensuring the right glass was installed and carefully dressed the window opening such that I could use my vehicle during the period we were waiting for the new glass. Flexible when they arrived, they were happy going to a different venue at the last minute.

Easy to book
Easy to book and quality of repair is great. Only disappointment is the wait time between booking the appointment and the earliest date that was available to fit the windscreen. But this was an issue with all fitters I contacted not just National Windscreens
