Fast and efficient. Technicians are good but the materials used are not OEM quality. Had my windscreen replaced and the fittings inside didn't match the OE. So it looks bad.

Overall happy Technician did not phone in advance as…
Technician did not phone in advance as suggested in the email but was polite and efficient. The job was completed quickly and competently. However, since he had forgotten the card reader he tried to call the payment line but had no answer. He said someone would call me on Monday (no-one did). I had an email asking me to call to make payment but this put me through to a call centre who said someone would call me shortly. They did not. A few days later I called the number given in the email again and this time I was able to make a payment. Not impressed with the customer service

Just about everything!
Just about everything. Firstly I've had to chase the people every step of the way then the mobile fitter couldn't do any work as the car is a convertible and it looked like rain, this is despite the weather being inclement for some days. Next my interior mirror came loose and now they tell me it was like it all along, after he came out again to fit a spring, apparently! I've since received a letter confirming that they're not prepared to do anything more for me and the matter is closed. It may be for them but I'm off to the ombudsman to seek some help, I'll keep you all posted. Appalling service, two stars ony because it doesn't leak.... thankfully otherwise I'massuming I'dbe wearing a snorkel and flippers!
****UPDATE****
Despite the standard guff below there has been no resolution as described, save a letter saying that the mirror not being properly attached to my windscreen is due to wear and tear, apparently. To all of you that drive, I'm sure that you'll agree that's it's hard to see how a part that's fixed in place and so never moves can be subject to this. The ball a socket part that does mover however is totally fine. Go figure???

Colour me very happy indeed.
Although NW took a little time to get back to me, they did a really good and professional job. I was unable to take my car to their centre so they came to me. The technician was excellent, friendly and knowledgeable. The job was done in under an hour and I am very, very happy. Would I recommend National Windscreens to anyone else? ABSOLUTELY!
