Fast and efficient. Technicians are good but the materials used are not OEM quality. Had my windscreen replaced and the fittings inside didn't match the OE. So it looks bad.

My windscreen.
Had difficulty in obtaining an appointment. Rang the telephone line twice with no answer. Eventually got through. Made the appointment. had to drive for over 30 minutes to get to this branch. Engineers fitted wrong windscreen. Had to make another appointment. Engineers told me to come back the following Monday. Office sent me a message to say the earliest they can get me in was Tuesday. Got a phone call from the engineers on the Monday morning asking where I was. I rearranged my morning to deliver car later on the Monday morning where the other engineer replaced the windscreen again - the correct one this time. So, four half our plus journeys instead of two, and engineers need to check model no's for correct fitting connecting electrical services.
