Fast and efficient. Technicians are good but the materials used are not OEM quality. Had my windscreen replaced and the fittings inside didn't match the OE. So it looks bad.

Forgot seal and cracked screen
Arrived and forgot to bring the screen seal with them, realised this after attempting to remove original seal from screen and cracked the screen across drivers view and other top corner of screen. Was told by the manager of branch that it was "perfectly safe and legal to drive" even though cracked across drivers view (MOT fail) (distraction to driver, liable to 3 point on licence). Eventually turned up 5 days later to fit screen, and left shards of broken glass in scuttle panel. 2nd group of techs professional and good, just very disappointed in the attitude of the manager.
