The replacement windscreen was very quick. I had to call the company back shortly afterwards to report my interior mirror and GPS box were loose. They attended the following day to secure them.

National Windscreen need to do better for Allianz
When windscreen replacement installed, it was damaged with a scratch lengthwise down the passenger side. This should have been noticed. The vehicle paint was damaged during install and the windscreen wiper wasn't tested to ensure it returned to the correct place on the windscreen. A second replacement was put in (manufacturer due to heads up display not viewing properly on windscreen) and they didn't tuck the rearview mirror wire back as it should have been.
Although all mentioned above either were or are being rectified, it required two trips and rearranging my diary around work to do so. All the staff I have zero complaints about as they were professional and responded to my complaints timely. But as the provider for my insurance company, this has been a real poor showing for their company.

Does what it says on the tin
Does what it says on the tin, changed my windscreen I’ve had no issues to date although I’ve not used it in the rain since it’s been changed and I won’t know until winter if the heated screen is still working. First world problems! As for the guys at Tamworth they were friendly did in less time than specified and went out of there way to show me how the camera in the windscreen was wired in…great team working there
